Llegaron tarde, nos cambiaron la ubicación de recogida, en la espera formados al sol se adelantó un grupo completo de gente a la fila. La bebida y comida era de calidad baja por no decir mala. No se pudieron hacer actividades en la primera parada “por el viento”, lo mejor fue cuando bajamos del barco se podía haber todo desde la isla. En definitiva, mucho mejor tomarse el ferry llegas en 30 minutos y haces lo q queres… mas barato y mejor calidad. Mas opciones

Un maravilloso día en Familia! Buena música, paisajes de ensueño y aperitivos para todos los gustos, navegamos hasta la isla Es Vedrá, como lo prometieron, superó expectativas, quedamos magnetizados por sus imponentes cuevas. Continuamos navegando hasta la isla Espalmador, nos dejaron un par de horas disfrutando del agua cristalina (con snorquel y SUP) mientras cocinaban una exquisita paella, luego formentera a recorrer libremente, por último de regreso nos deleitaron con un brindis. RECOMIENDO!

Cambiaron la ruta sin avisar (Es Vedrà por la mañana y no por la tarde) y en el barco de vuelta ibámos muy apretados pq nuestro barco "supuestamente" se averió y nos juntaron en otro con màs gente. Calidad muy justita por el precio que se paga. No repetiría. Translate this opinion into English.

Personalmente e’ la prima volta che rimango deluso da una cosa proposta da Civitatis. Cominciamo con il dire che il luogo dell’appuntamento non è esatto in quanto trattasi di un piccolo ufficio a fianco del ristorante e non di fronte al ristorante. Arrivi sul posto e nessuno sa dirti dove si debba andare permutare la prenotazione fatta sul sito. La barca parte troppo tardi (12.15) se si vuole andare alla scoperta di Formentera che se tutto va bene hai due ore per visitare .

Lo mejor la tripulación y la paella , lo peor la organización barco viejo ,se les estropeó a la vuelta y nadie avisó hasta que llegamos al muelle de vuelta , nos metieron en el barco anterior y íbamos súper apretados y no hubo el final que nosotros habíamos comprado ( en vez por lo visto de lo que leímos aquí unos perritos para cenar y una puesta de sol solo recibimos un barco demasiado lleno , moviéndose por el aire y la mitad de la gente mareada y con vomitos ) una pena por el final

Engañados, reduciendo recorrido y paradas , barco viejo q funcionaba de lancha colectivo, nada de la descripción existió, mucha gente se bajó y regresó por su cuenta, día y dinero perdidos . Civitatis no debería trabajar con esta empresa receptiva. Deberían devolvernos el dinero íntegro por el mal trago q nos generaron.

Lamentablemente, anduvo casi todo mal. Primero, desde la empresa Excursiones Ibiza, la Sra Marisa me avisa que la excursión se posterga para el martes 22 por problemas técnicos. Esto lo acepto, y el día 22 cuando llegamos al lugar de partida nos comunican que se demora la salida de las 9,30 hs a las 11,30hs. Y se elimina la ida a Es Vedra por lo cual nos devuelven 30 euros por persona. Terminamos saliendo a las 12,30 directo a Formentera. Entonces decidimos quedarnos ahí ya que no había tiempo.

Nefasta organización la empresa Formentera seabus. Nos llamaron 2 días antes para informar de un fallo en el barco, dándonos opción a cambiar el dia, con las mismo horario y itinerario. La sorpresa fue al llegar a la zona de embarque a la hora contratada, nos indican que no saldremos a las 9:30 sino a las 11 y que a parte de perder estas dos horas y a la tarde tampoco iríamos a ver el anochecer a ES VEDRA. Pésimo!!! Nos devolvieron una pequeña cantidad a compensar. Pero no era lo contratado. NE
